The scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon before execution.
3. Pricing & Payments
Service charges are based on project requirements and agreed terms.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance/partial/full payment).
Delays in payment may result in service suspension.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines are estimated based on project scope and complexity.
Delays caused by incomplete client inputs or external factors are not our responsibility.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and necessary access required for project completion.
Delays in providing inputs may affect delivery timelines.
6. Revisions & Changes
Limited revisions may be included as per agreement.
Additional changes beyond scope may incur extra charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment.
Ark Technology Solutions retains the right to use project work for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and technical information.
9. Liability
Ark Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under valid circumstances with prior notice.
Payments for completed work must be cleared upon termination.
11. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable local laws and courts.
